Data Protection

The Website does not collect any data from you unless you contact us via an email link included on the Website or if you visit the Website (cookies).

You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using the Website and submitting information to us. If we do store or transfer data outside the EEA (this may be the case, for example, if our email server is located in a country outside the EEA), we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the EEA and under the applicable data protection legislation. We have for example concluded the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with our group companies and third party providers. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law (to the exclusion of Swiss Private International Law and international treaties, in particular the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods dated April 11, 1980).

Any disputes concerning these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Zurich, Switzerland.
